Account Deletion Request
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Via Email (Recommended)
Send an email to:
Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name (if applicable)
- The phrase: "I request permanent deletion of my iTestified account and all associated data"
- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
Option 2: Via In-App
Open the iTestified app and follow these steps:
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap on Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
What Happens After Your Request
- Verification: We'll verify your identity within 24 hours
- Processing: Your account will be scheduled for deletion
- Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email
- Completion: All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information when required by law, including:
- Transaction records for financial compliance
- Information needed for legal disputes
- Aggregated, anonymized data for analytics
